I was merely pointing out that capitalism in it's current form, is just another way of corruption and extortion.
Not that I'd live in China or Russia, but i think there benefits in the state owning infrastructure.
As for APX, it's defiantly priced to go bankrupt now, so any sign they can stay afloat is a bonus.
