This stock was one where one of the Intelligent Investor analyst's recommended a year ago. The issue seems to be here that they are short of capital and although they are winning contracts the expenses are very high as well. I think this is the reason the bidders lowered their offers. The upfront costs of a contract win are big. I have taken a small position to give me the option to buy more in a capital raise The software is good and the medium/long run is good.
