That is true however it was 1/3rd dilution for about $10M for a company that stands to do $20.6M in operating cash flow in FY24.
So 1/3rd dilution for essentially 6 months of operating cash flow was a hefty price to pay!
As I said originally, regardless of all that I still think it's a great investment!!
