Agree. Obviously the delay to final permitting is a pain. But this company has a lot of ducks already in a row, namely financing and offtake agreements. It's hard not to believe that the permit won't come through, given the US government is willing to finance the project to secure domestic supplies of lithium. Saying that, an update from management of where things are at wouldn't go astray, especially as the draft EIS was due last Qtr.
