Looks like JPM organised a large scale borrowing of LTR shares for shorters on their books.
So the shorters have already sold, and along with the sale of Albemarle stock has put a large down pressure on the SP. I wonder if Albemarle is itself one of the shorters ??
If that thesis is correct and shorters have already sold then today's fall is as a result of that news hitting the market, and a bit of panic - what's needed now (for retail and smallish prof. holders) is someone to hop in and buy at these depressed prices and put the shorters to the sword in a short squeeze.
Interested to hear comment - but anyway my sentiment is still BUY.
DYOR, not advice.
