    Hmmm that is interesting.

    At the lowest price he sold ($2.87), if you assume the takeover is in mid-2024 there's a 4.5% price return with another 7.5cps of dividends PBP is allowed to pay. Ignoring taxes on dividends here but that's potential 7% return over six months (14%+ annualised)... pretty good and something I'd avoid selling.

    Signals potentially some doubt the acqusition goes through? Also doesn't send a good message to the acquirer...
