I thought it was strange that recent positive birth numbers and forecast out of China did not result in any SP increase for BUB.
Then I remembered that BUB has virtually no presence in China anymore.
It's great they have some USA revenue but they cannot survive long term without addressing their ongoing failure in the #1 market. The capital raise should have been contingent on this, but alas, all of the raised funds are earmarked for USA.
