Weighing up whether to increase holding however if no dividend is declared at the AGM or before I should be able to pick up double what I would be able to buy now as they would likely go to 10cents.
With close to 70% or more of the company owned by directors small shareholders drag the price down. If I was running the company I would definitley try and buyback shareholders with less than marketable holdings, at the current share price it would be anyone with less than 2,778 shares. This is a strategy employed by many smaller company with less liquid stock.
