Folks, I’ve posted my PID loop theory on pricing many moons ago, before BMX existed. Here is a graph again.
Blue line represents what we are experiencing. Self explanatory.
A more mature commodity would experience a green line response in pricing. This is a disruptive period in the energy transition so we can expect blue for many years to come. IMO, the next price spike won’t be what we witnessed in 2022. Any guesses as to what the next peak will be and what the 1 line will be?
