These guys have been making ORR shareholders sweat. Jeff really does treat the company's cash as though it was his grandkid's. Prudent, intelligent and patient.
Glad to see them not offer some ridiculous price just to get the deal over the line. They know that SVM probable can't support an increased offer due to its current structure.
