I think it's just MQ unable to find the right people to finance the mine and or typical lack of impetus to get something signed.
The fact the director for Wingfield resigned tells you looks like Wingfield is getting impatient and will raise the money themselves.
Unsure of time frames anymore they keep blowing past them all! I reduced somewhat my holding due to the delay to pursue some oil and gas instead in the interim.
