Is anybody else having problems transferring their new shares from the option transfer to their Chess holding on NABTrade?
I have gone to Transfer Shares to NABTrade
I chose Issuer to Chess Conversion
I inputted the SRN details and listed the number starting with a capital I followed by the numbers I received on the Holding Statement.
It says that the details must match exactly. My NAB details have Australia at the end of my address (this is mandatory in their system) The address on the Holding Statement from Automic doesn’t have Australia at the end. It just has my address, suburb and postcode.
I have tried to do this transfer 4 times now over various days and it still hasn’t gone through.
Did anybody else have this problem?
