The SP is low because everything is taking so long and with that, people lose interest and/or patience and as time goes on, WWI is forced to raise at lower and lower SP.
Some things are out of their control such as DD process of IDC etc. However, within their control is overhead expenditure. This should have been cut back. In saying that, we would then not have an updated study. So who was to know when finance would come?
And a uranium deal was done for pounds in the ground today. KOB acquired HAV's 4.5mlb @ 260ppm Inferred resource (JORC 2004) for 25m KOB shares worth $3.375m + 15m $0.14 oppies + 10m Performance Shares vesting over 5 years subject to 15mlb JORC resource.
Now put that into perspective with the info Grigor's latest newsletter (12-16mlb target, 300-500ppm). The market liked to KOB deal; up 12.5% on this news
