They need money, to get on with the job of growing producing assets and preferably in a hurry
Colorado and surrounding is seasonal do you want to wait for the freeze in and delay the drilling until next season "I don't think so"
I would rather they get the money and get on with it, spend, spend, spend get to the 55% equity on this what looks to be valuable asset
