THE QUESTION IS - ARE YOU LICENSED FINANCIAL PLANNER OR DO YOU HOLD ANY LICENCE TO BE ABLE TO WARN (GIVE DIRECT OR INDIRECT ADVICE) TO POTENTIAL INVESTOR??? IS THERE SOMEONE WHO IS DIRECTLY REQUESTING THIS FROM YOU? IF YES, YOU SHOULD TALK TO HIM ONLY...
surely since we have been burnt ( refer history of the stock)we have a right to assist others by challenging the board and its actions. WE WERE ALL BURNT IN SOME STAGE OF OUR LIFE BY BEING INVESTORS AND AS I MENTION BEFORE HOLDERS SHOULD STICK TOGETHER. IF THE HOLDERS DECIDE TO CHALLENGE THE BOARD FOR BETTER, I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT, BUT I HAVE PROBLEM WITH SPREADING NEGATIVITY BY SOME POSTERS WITH OUT OF CONSTRUCTIVE INPUT.
its not about down ramping and or hoping to buy in at a better price. VERY QUESTIONABLE!

obviously you see value? maybe you can share details on hc regarding how ady will make it based upon the limited info provided to shareholders? the company has made no disclosure on who will mine, what assets the miner has, what experience in mining, is the $50m guaranteed etc.
THIS IS THE ONLY THING IN YOUR POST I AGREE WITH YOU...WE/SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD ASK THE COMPANY TO MADE DISCLOSURE ABOUT THE PROPOSED SALE AND PROVIDE US WITH INFORMATION, SO WE CAN MAKE EDUCATED DECISION BEFORE WE VOTE FOR THE SALE OF THE COMPANY ASSETS...
