Well Harmo if they do know when to buy they will be demonstrating they have brains.. which up to now has been sadly lacking...ie apart from filling their pockets at the shareholders expense with ridiculous salaries and free shares .. and if you call that behaviour smart well there is not much hope for you either ..or maybe you believe they are nice men handing out chocolates !!!
