Unfortunately does not promote a buy for me. Will be raising cash shortly and the comments in the 4c regarding similar cash outflows in Q3 but decreasing cashflows in Q4 with winter at TMT point to a quarter with minimal meaning news. Will look for a re-entry in mid 2024 or maybe scoop up some cheap BRXOA.
