15.6m shares bought back, 15.0m the issued to management as incentives.
I disagree with n5032245 that this team turned the stock around, that had already been done, but they bedded down an acquisition which shifted strategy to what the company is now executing on so I don't begrudge them the incentives.
What I would like to see is more heading the way of shareholders, despite the messaging there's been capital loss since the start of 2021, the buy back effect is now negated, there's no dividend and revenue wise it's still anchored to ANZ. Its been a case of tinkering around the edges fot a couple of years now so where's the incentive for us to hold and keep accumulating?
