Based on the information in this post (post #72009834), I don't think the LLL situation is in relation to FFX debt. It sounds like it might be in relation to a type of 'capital gains tax' that LLL has to pay because of the transfer of mining licence from FFX to LMSA. LLL have indemnified all of planet Earth from having to pay tax/liabilities related to the transfer of licence so looks like they and they alone have to pay up.
