So the share price has now become a mere plaything for "operators" to balance their books.
In the meantime, the company does what it does.
Two different entities in reality - share price built on a story and "financiers/manipulators" using the story to move the share price per their requirements.
Traditional retail investors are cannon fodder - the game is now loaded with sharks.
The only skill set at the retail investor's disposal is to read the technicals and make a call based on the trend switch or buy at the base levels in anticipation of the "story" gaining traction with the share price manipulators.
Alternative - sit back and watch the inner sanctum weave their numbers.
