    Shareholders are asked to pay a premium. Sophs get a discount.

    And some here say, no big deal, news must be coming. PLEASE. When have sophs ever paid a premium because news may be coming?

    Scott and the CFO effed up with the placement to sophs and their handling of the cr in general, and don’t want to upset them by offering shareholders a discount to what they paid.

    If shareholders don’t take them up, IVZ will have the option to place them a within 3 months of the cr closing. If no news b4 it closes, sophs will get a 3 months option to see what plays out in Zim.

    Retail are being treated like crap.
