Where is the change in substantial holding for Allianz? I have just read through the announcements regarding the capital raising and it appears that Allianz didn't buy any. An announcement alluded to the fact that PR was taking up around $200,000 worth of shares, but it made no mention of what the other substantial shareholder (Allianz) was going to do.
My understanding is, that we should have had a Form 604 with an increase or decrease in holdings.
