1 for 12 in isolation is, but at the bare minimum it negates dilution by taking them up. What it’s also done is offer up a significantly discounted share price, imo….yes this point is subjective but I’ve scrounged every bit of loose change I could to buy between 10.5-11.5c….have also picked up more options sub 5c. I reckon we’ll look back on this in 12 months as an absolute steal.
