How do you know they had no contact with EV Company, I could say I have contact with a number of people but if that contact kneads no where then that's all it is a contact.
So far he has failed to deliver on commissioning the factory by end of 2023, failed to progress the 2 MOUs by end of 2023
So where has he proven that he is performing, talk is easy actions and results is what counts
