IMO It's beyond me why anyone would hold this let alone buy it.

Today's announcement meant nothing except for spelling out the $5m debt facility is not available (as if that was a surprise), and it's clear the company is trying to raise money right now. As such if its through equity it is surely going down and the alternative is probably a convertible note which I think could be even worse or even worse still a "loan to own".

There was no clarity provided regarding debt covenants, Stavely's contract payout - no further detail on anything basically.

IMO the company needs $6 or $7 million to clear the decks and give themselves some breathing room. $6m at 0.006 is a billion shares. This is where hyperinflation kicks in.

IMO to avoid administration a total set is required which won't be good for any shareholder unfortunately.
