Prototype chip, this is what 4DS had achieved before they stared doing development work with IMEC, so many years ago now, I don't see them as an immediately threat at all.

4DS have largely succeeded in what they have set out to achieve and whilst (I believe) they have entered into the final phase (acquisition), they are continuing to develop process enhancements AND scaling down to the node where an actual product would be made (not only is it ideal use of time and money during this acquisition stage, but likely to further improve metrics ~ although I will admit it is unknown at this stage).

I am honestly surprised we are back in the 6s, but then again I am not, it doesn't really bother me though as I continue to add at this price.
