Hey, Link has been calling registered shareholders about the SPP. A long legal preamble, which said to me, what is following is some sales pitch. Why call existing SHs? Maybe, perhaps, a possibility, all the chatter about a lot of over subscriptions had slowed the applications. This is all a maybe/perhaps etc.
