The manganese battery material project as per announcement mentioning the JMS business case was meant to be completed by 31st Dec 2023.
A) Management must've forgotten, maybe they're still enjoying the leftovers from their Xmas party. (At shareholder expense)
B) JMS management still asleep on the job.
