I think you are correct, it will more than likely be the shortfall from the previous entitlement offer as we have reached the three-month cutoff period.. however I think based on current prices it will probably raise around 1.8 million..
Personally I'm always concerned when free attached options are included as a lot of these institutional investors simply dump the stock and keep the free options.

but let's be honest here I think companies similar to us in our position need to take any financing they can get as the sea certainly look pretty rough ahead.
We don't have much choice except to batting down the hatches and ride this out.. the light at the end of the tunnel of course is probably a 20x on current market cap if we can get this mine financed..
