Debt Covenanrs

Does anyone know what the debt covenants are? Is it possible that APM has breached the covenants already or at risk to nearly breach them?
if is a pretty dangerous situation when the market cap is dwarfed by the amount of debt.

APM needs to provide an update like CHN. Announcing that costs will be cut. Seriously Mike Anghie receives $3.7M pa and they have so many surplus roles to be paid eg a head of corporate affairs Adrain Bradley, and group chief development officer Peter magill, mark mcgowan on its advisory committee and so on and let’s not forget the former head of ECM at Goldman Sachs Australia, Ian Taylor due to be starting imminently. I am guessing he will be on a 7 figure salary.
