I have now received the AGM papers, along with the proxy vote.

You all know what I am going to vote for. No for everything as usual. I will possibly put an abstain for the appointment of the new Auditor though.

If anyone is willing to vote yes on all those resolution, well,...... what can one say, lol.... I hope with all my herat that they don't come out at soem stage or another crying for the spilled milk.

Awards have to be given when they are deserved and earned. NOT BEFORE.
In the old days they were awarded when the sp reached a certain level within say a twelve months period. Today they issue options practically on the money, and they even allow themselves up to three years to reach that level.

Hence why a few news are filtering through now. Just to get the spirits up. The same as for all previous AGM's.

For what it is worth, I said/stated what I will do. Whether it counts or not, it doesn't really matter, and it is irrelevant. At the very least I have expressed the way I feel with this lot. As someone else wrote on these threads, it smells a little like the BPT one.
