The reality is the last 16mill. Raised has not added any value for the scrip holder, We will increase out mrkt. Cap by further dilution. Only hope the co. doesnt come out and say , we will take the weighted average of the last 5 days , when they do make the ann. Else we could be doing a raise in the 30s. The current buy depth looks well manipulated, if I dump my stock , this will be sitting at 35c.
