Well I hope we get to test that theory but I would suggest there is zero chance of the options trading at anything like 15c if PAR reaches the giddy heights of 42c. The highest they have ever traded is 10c & we're 2 months into the 1 year expiry.
If there's good news though they'll obviously increase in value so they must be confident of that happening or $22k is just loose change to them
