The Glencore deal is a huge bonus as they don't need to build a processing plant which could take years and as well hire competent operators etc etc etc.
This way the ore is mined , trucked to the process plant , processed and money paid. Imo and having been in mining for decades (as an owner) getting the ore processed by Glencore is like money from home.
Speculating here a tad It's not out of the question for Glencore to make a bid once everything is underway.......and perhaps even sooner.
