Oh great, what are they going to sell. and how much are they worth.

Take a look at the value of plant and equipment over the last few annual reports.








And the $3,820,634 includes the gen sets. See below from 2022 Annual Report.



Someone, please tell me what they will sell, or sell and lease back.

Take off the $3.5 million for the gen sets, and there is not much left to bargain with. Who would want to own the gen sets anyway.

Looks like the vehicles (< $230,075) will go and they will be sitting on the floor with very little office equipment. Thats about it as far as I can see.

I find it difficult to share this guy's enthusiasm, but he is convincing.
