    There is another perspective here….. SHELL for example only own two refineries now , they have got out of producing fuel as they see the writing on the wall. Yes they still sell fuel but they don’t refine the raw oil anymore.

    they are investing their money in cleaner energy eg gas ! And off shore gas rigs…..

    what does that say?
