You could say he is the new Ken - but Ken didn't do much, he had nothing to do with no working chip and he was not Dorrian's pick.
No one is going to join to sell the company and perform BD if they think its a 50/50 chance of success. I'd say 90/10 at least, with trust in Ting not to have egg on his face.
