They will be issued the reason they will need approval is they won’t want them to be part of the already approved 10% as they will want to save the full 10% for the next CR.
As SF2TH correctly pointed out they are essentially options with a 1.8c strike price which makes it an even sweeter deal.
Buy on market if the SP heads lower or have the option in the back pocket if the SP gets moving again.
The other option would be the most reassuring for me. Put your $1.5m in now and ride the rollercoaster with us all (except you and Mr Hyde of course!)
