When people start calling for the government to subsidise or lend to Lion I do agree, for the good of the transition and the future of Australia, but you can’t do that while also allowing the USA banking capitalists that have destroyed the US financial system to do the same here. Government must pass legislation making it illegal to short non-producing companies on the critical minerals list before providing any funds as they are then (and that means we the taxpayers) subsidising US billionaires to get rich by these means they add no value because they don’t build or make anything, just abuse a system to profit.
