Not sure there will be a new well in one of the other areas drilled this year though?...But would love to be wrong!
It all hinges imo on that bloody pariah, the PPSA getting signed off.
It is no fault of the company, but if the Zimbabwean govt are to continue banging on about 'Being open for business' well then show it. This has dragged on for over three years now, and quite frankly is becoming a bit of a joke.
IMO, and what Scott alluded to in his chat with Portiss, once it is signed, it opens us up to large institutional investors/banks etc with deep pockets and high aspirations and we can actually start drilling multi wells per year and really open up the basin along with fast tracking monetisation. Without constant CRs.
If we don't get a PPSA signed, we will continue to be ridiculously undervalued as no big boys are going to touch us with the existing soveriegn risk.
Getting a little tired of hearing that it is 'progressing/much happening behind the scenes' re the PPSA. Scott must be so frustrated that the government are still dragging their feet over this.
Would love to see this signed this quarter - then the ball starts rolling again.
