oops my bad, manipur is tic itself, so the calculation is TIC has over 5% and our friends up here got an extra 1-2%, plus 2 more people are very close to 1%. So at least we are at 7-8%. I don't think TIC is willing to sell RG the shares though since they first acquired their portion at huge price of $5.xx or so. Too obviously, who would sell out to RG at this current price.

Well. at least we hear words back from TIC. Here we go
