The government needs to step in and start questioning how these nasty american investment banks are destroying our financial investment sector with this nasty games! Buys from ALB 96m+ shares at $1.26 then puts a report out with a price a target if 75c then reduces their holdings below 5% from 9.7% and then gives out their shares for shorting to GS being another corrupt bank! This is day light robbery, corrupt, down ramping for their own personal motives whilst destroying our financial investment system!! What is our government going to do about this corrupt behavior???
