Just tell us the trial wasn't great but it's improving.
Don't have the headline "success", then have us read 60% as good as current methods, and then reread it about 5 times trying to figure out what we are misunderstanding.
Just be up front. Trust is the most important thing, especially when the company sucks at delivering time and time again.
