My understanding is that this is not required as the cash flow for the quarter was positive. (see below maths also wont work)Yes, you have it wrong. The $4681 is a surplus / increase, not an expense / decrease. So you cannot divide as normally.
If you do the rough math on the numbers excl the tax rebate they spent around $12m on a balance of $25m. If that rate of spend were to continue they have approx 2 quarters left but spend may well be on the decline given where they are at, in reality it could also go up.
