Dominos US share price has gone from $14 USD in 2004 to $421 USD in 2024 (excluding any dividends). Growing at 18.6% compounded annual growth without Don Meij running it. There is more to the business than one person show hence I said I like the business and would prefer management to tell shareholders as they see it and not provide guidance which they have to backtrack on. Just looks bad on their credibility. I mean why release announcement at 7:14pm. It is sneaky tactics which I do not appreciate as a shareholder. Market sees it like I do. They disapprove such tactics from management punishing the stock price more than the profit downgrade.
I do not intend to sell as I still believe it is a good business with good long term prospects but am not buying more either.
