I'm assuming the existing Hadrian X is still in Perth. As the first part of the agreement is the completion of the Factory Acceptance Test at the FBR site.

They have done plenty of test builds already at FBR and have claimed they are achieving on average around 300 blocks per hour with two operators I think over a 2 hour build. Assume there are quite specific Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) criteria (eg. block size uses, what actual structure is built, # of blocks in build). Also how this is verified by all parties to sing of FAT. Therefore specific FAT test will need to be completed.

If FBR had already satisfied and signed off the Factory Acceptance Test criteria or were at the stage it was ready to sign off, they would have been shouting this from the roof tops.

So unless I have misunderstood the agreement details, I'm assuming FBR will be completing the on site FAT ASAP and announce to the market. Then at this point I assume Next Gen Hadrian X getting shipped.
