Whats the big deal if the NBN isnt viable. I actually dont mind we taxpayers paying for it.
I consider the NBN a social good. Social goods should be tax-payer funded. Social infrastructure is not for profit, but for the social good.
If its profitable, bonus. If not, its just like a road or school that has been built & funded by we the taxpayer.
