The government know they were in trouble with the projected pricing so they have since gone in hard to ensure it will be cheaper.
The problem here though seems to be that the cost of making it cheaper will be fully worn by the government and not the provider.
Is there any wonder we have not seen a business case for the NBN or detailed treasury numbers?
