I had these and excercised them a while ago.
What im saying is we arent issuing new shares, these were always issued and based on the exercise price would always be converted 90% of them. So we all knew $m4mill would trickle in before june. this just speeds it up gets it all at once and yes 80,000,000 shares you only have to pay 5.2c to convert to a full share. But unlike a cap raise these 80ml have always been there for this very purpose.
Anyone correct me if im wrong in my thinking but every report steps out all the current options andweve spoken on here many times of the $4mill that would buffer the kity before june as these got exercised. we are now just giving away 6-8% to do it all at once and sooner.
