It is likely that FBR were holding off on doing FAT until the Demo, Option and JV agreement was fully signed and announced to the market.
Otherwise, FBR would be thought to have been operating under a agreement not announced yet to the market and this is obviously very market sensitive information. I say that not withstanding the unbelievable share price performance.

In any case, you will always have buying and selling in the market by know little investors trying to time their trades and basing their trades off mood and momentum.
I'm surprised that there can be overwhelming demand for newly issued shares at 2.7c but when the price reaches that price in the open market demand is no where to be seen.
I suppose there are things in this world that us mere mortals may never understand.
We have raised from memory $16m, plus we have some money coming in from the anticipated Demo builds and FAT and UAT, so we don't have to raise now for some time so it doesn't matter where the prices goes for the next few months.

FBR is risky if you view risk as share price volatility.
However, my interpretation of risk is based on the underlying business and the business of FBR could not be stronger.
Chin up peeps, real success in the stock market is measured over months and years, despite what the pundits would like you to believe.

Not investment advice. Do your own research, etc. etc.
